• Messenger consultation records: 1 year after consultation ends
• Appointment information: 1 year after appointment completion
• Cookie and access logs: 6 months after collection
• Where required by law, for the period specified by the relevant law (e.g., medical records: 10 years — Medical Service Act, Article 22)

5. Provision to Third Parties

The Clinic does not provide personal information to third parties except as required by law or with the prior consent of the data subject.

6. Disposal Procedure and Method

When personal information is no longer necessary due to expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of processing purposes, the Clinic disposes of it without delay using the following methods:

• Electronic files: deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery (permanent deletion tools)
• Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
